MEET JOHANNES ANTONIO VESCIO

Johannes Antonio Vescio is the Founder and CEO of HONEY, a Retail Design and Construction Agency backed by 18 years of hands-on industry experience.

From 2012, he played a key role at Capri Holdings, where he built the retail development team from scratch and led the execution of large-scale strategies — overseeing a €200M annual budget and delivering over 65 standalone stores and 250 wholesale points each year.

Johannes was at the forefront of Capri Holdings’ rapid expansion, working closely with the CEO to drive one of the fashion industry's most ambitious retail programs. He led the full lifecycle of over 180 directly operated stores across EMEA — from design to construction to ongoing maintenance — and managed key partnerships with 15 international franchise operators, delivering landmark flagships in cities like London, Paris, and Milan.

Earlier in his career, Johannes trained at a prominent architecture firm in Milan, laying the groundwork for his expertise in retail environments across luxury and fashion sectors.

Over nearly two decades, he has cultivated a powerful network of architects, engineers, consultants, certified millworkers, and top-tier construction companies.
